Poor customer service/app doesnt work

I tried to give this app time to be fixed. The app comes up but after doing one scratch card, the app freezes up and closes. Ive emailed customer service 4 times. Each time told to either logout and back in, or to reinstall the app even though I told them that this has already been done. I hope it gets resolved. The other Perk apps seem to work fine.
